🎨🎶 Celebrating National Arts in Education Week! 🎭✨

During September 13–19, we celebrated the power of the arts in education—and the incredible educators who bring creativity to life at R. Brown McAllister STEM Elementary!

While we may be a STEM Program Choice school, anyone who visits or is part of our school community knows that the arts are just as visible throughout our students’ learning. Our talented art teacher, Madison Francis, and inspiring music teacher, Sarah Burden, work tirelessly to inspire our Bobcats to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts.

Each year, they collaborate with our entire Encore team to lead two STEAM Nights, meaningfully integrating the arts into our STEM practices. Last year, they also helped launch RBM STEM’s inaugural theater production, The Lion King, featuring musical theater, dancing, costume creation, and set design. This year, we can’t wait to see our Bobcats take the stage in Aladdin!
