💙🎶 RBM STEM is Blues Blast Off! 🎶💙

We have so much to celebrate this week!
Wednesday, we had the honor of hosting our Board of Education for a school visit. Our Elementary Superintendent, Dr. Parker, summed it up best: “Amazing job today! All the personal touches, sharing, and celebrating R. Brown students and staff were so apparent.”
BOE members were so impressed, commenting again and again, “we really have tremendous teachers and staff in CCS.” (Of course, I proudly agreed and shared that RBM STEM has the best of the best! 💙). Other accolades included: "It’s clear that (your staff) are doing wonderful work to support students, and we truly appreciate your dedication." "It was a wonderful tour! Thank you and everyone for taking the time to show us the fantastic things happening at R.B. McAllister!...Everyone in the building should feel super proud of all the achievements accomplished! Again, thank you!"

And on top of that—the statewide data is in… and RBM STEM ranked in the Top 10% of all schools in North Carolina for student growth! 💥📈
Even more incredible? We did this while opening a brand-new school, completing our very first year together, and welcoming 400+ new students and 40+ new teachers and staff members. That is the definition of rockstar-level teamwork.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our teachers, the hard work of our students, and the unwavering partnership of our families. You didn’t just move the needle—you turned it up to max volume! 🎶📈
